About Us
Who is behind LP³ Leadership? The founders, advisory board and partners work daily to make LP³ Leadership even better, even more applicable.
All those involved, and hopefully you too, will find themselves in a motivational position: together we go in one direction, clear and purposeful for everyone.
LP³ AG is a stock corporation founded by David Fiorucci in 2016. As a network organisation (or " neuronal " organisation) LP³ AG strives for an effect that makes the world more comprehensible and the economy more sustainable - also in terms of transformation, culture, organisational development and sustainability development.
Responsibility, agility and entrepreneurship are the cornerstones of the idea. Thanks to the franchising system, experts throughout Switzerland (and abroad) can bring the effects of LP³ Leadership closer to companies in identical quality. A balanced interplay of cooperation, trust and independence is practised.
In addition, the Advisory Board advises the Chief Operating Officer (above all CEO David Fiorucci) on strategic issues. Close cooperation with experts, external service providers and customers results in productive results and the means to find the appropriate answers to a constantly changing economy.

In the beginning, David Fiorucci, founder and inventor of LP3 Leadership, stood at his own well/fountain/fountain of information. Then other experts and partners joined him, acquired the knowledge of LP3 and complemented their fountains with their own knowledge and water.
This was the beginning of the LP3 river, which now flows through different countries and different experts. Along the way, new trainers are being added in various countries.
The LP3 logo provides customers with the unified LP3 path to benefit from the direction of the flow. LP3 experts and partners (with a red heart) show customers the way, guide them, and accompany them.
The fields of the customers are irrigated by the LP3 river. This means that everyone works together to achieve success - sustainable success. The fields are blooming, the farmers are happy and positive. The circle closes when water flows back into the LP3 river from each field, from each experience. The successes and experiences of the customers directly influence LP3. In this way, customers make a contribution to the positive impact to a sustainable economy.

Licensed Partners
Get to know the
LP³ Experts
The skills and resources necessary for the optimal implementation of the LP3 model and its tools are taught exclusively by accredited trainers who have completed the training to become licensed LP3 trainers. The training lasts four days and is led by David Fiorucci.
Only licensed LP³ trainers are authorized to use these materials and provide guidance to individuals or organizations based on LP³.

Legitimate power (authority).
Dual nationality (Swiss/Italian), born in Fribourg in 1968, married with three children.
David Fiorucci has held various senior and executive management positions in industry, the service sector, the public sector and finance. He has over 25 years’ experience managing teams of 5 – 50 people in the SME sector and in large national and international companies.
He is comfortable operating within cultural diversity and has worked on mandates/projects/workshops in different countries: Switzerland (three different language regions), France, Germany (North and South), Austria.
His areas are Transformation, Leadership, organisational development, personnel development, sustainable development, strategic management, facilitation and training.
From 2012 to june 2016 David Fiorucci was a member of senior management at the Swiss Life Switzerland headquarters in Zurich where he was Head of Learning & Development and has supported the Transformation.
David Fiorucci is a member of the consultative committee (Beirat) of the Swiss Management Training Association (Schweizerische Vereinigung für Führungsausbildung).
He has a number of higher education mandates (EMBA Digital Leadership, HWZ).

Advisory Board
The Advisory Board advises the LP3 Leadership Board on issues of organisational and quality development - with a customer-centred focus. This applies in particular to questions of strategic positioning and further development. In addition, suggestions and advice for the development of the programme in the various regions and the economy are provided.
The members of the Advisory Board are appointed by the Executive Board and personally exercise this mandate.
