We live in a world and an economic environment in which it is increasingly difficult to make the right decisions. Complexity, uncertainty, ambiguity and volatility increase almost exponentially.
Moreover, the competitors usually do not sleep and continue to develop.

This being the case, how do we find a simple, understandable and consistent way of managing these issues, of managing ourselves, our teams, our organization, be it a business or institution?

Even if modern technologies and the world of information technology and robotics are gaining in importance, it is the human being who ultimately decides on the efficiency and success of his own company in relationships, conversations, tensions and relaxation.

That's why we're firmly convinced that:

The LP3 model can be deployed at both individual level for personal development and at team and organisational level.
The effectiveness of the model lies in the appropriate deployment of methods and specific tools (see distinctions in the following diagram).
These specific skills associated with the model can be acquired by partner instructors under licence. The deployment of the LP3 model with its associated methods, tools and documents is also governed by licence.

Definition

Model - Description, representation, explanation of reality

Method - Structured deployment (can change from one situation to another) of the tools and techniques. The methods are very often derived from a model.

Tool - Specific and approved instrument that it is possible to learn how to use (technique). The in-strument can be deployed in different situations and for a variety of methods.
