About the
LP³ Workshops
LP3 Leadership can be experienced - even digitally! Our wide range of services not only mirrors your world in workshops and evaluation rounds, but also on the computer and in readings; our thematic worlds, the Quickscan, our success stories, our books... experience LP3 Leadership in its full breadth, here and now.
In the spirit of efficiency, LP3 Leadership accompanies you in the development and enhancement of your teams into a high performance team: mutual agreement (verbal and non-verbal), information transfer, transparency and lively, open exchange lead to a reduction of interpretation errors - and to top performance.
LP³ Workshops
The world of leadership always begins with oneself. The LP3 Leadership model is based on this. The first step is always made by the party who wants to introduce new thinking from the outside.
Therefore LP3 Leadership is divided into 3 submodels: LEADER, TEAM and PARTNER:
If you want to lead (be it a team or a project), you have to know yourself, your values, your strengths and weaknesses as well as your personal goals.
- What nine key elements make a good boss?
- What do employees expect of him or her…?
- What do you expect of him or her…?
The team that wants to achieve great things as a group must be able to take a common path, get to know and appreciate its own culture, and find its own individual path for its own team. This is the only way for everyone to work together.
- What nine key elements make a good team?
- What do team members expect?
- What do you expect of a team…?
Partnership-based cooperation takes various forms: between teams, between internal and external stakeholders, between individuals. Here too, self-reflection is the key to success; "what do I want?", "where am I?", "where are we going?", "how are we getting there?
- What nine key elements make a good partner*…?
- What do you expect of a partner…?
Internal Development
Program
The training programs lasting from 1 day to several weeks can be adapted to suit individual requirements to ensure a common language of leadership and performance within the organisation. The key principles, tools and processes of your organisation can be easily integrated.
One-day to multi-week training programmes can be developed as needed to ensure a common leadership and performance language within the organisation and to integrate the key principles, tools and processes of that organisation. The LP3 model promotes and facilitates the effective implementation of your principles.
These LP3 sequences are intended for LP3 leadership and management training as well as follow-up workshops and power sessions (90’ - 120’).
In order to achieve the greatest possible impact, it is important to focus on storytelling and clarity. Therefore, the presentation of the 9 LP3 dimensions, the card-set, the books and articles follow the logic of the 9 LP3 dimensions themselves. The beginning is the vision, progress moves in a clockwise direction.
Knowing the ingredients of a good recipe does not yet qualify you as an exceptional cook. Knowing the recipe is especially helpful if you are already a good cook. Finding the right conditions, applying different techniques and above all working on progress in a passionate way for and with the customer: this is what distinguishes the LP3 approach from other approaches, tools or methods.
