« LP3 Leadership is for me the first leadership training whereby the theoretical part is almost nihil.

The model concentrates on immediately action with the possibility to apply these actions in the whole organization. It is amazing how LP3 can be linked with your existing thoughts on vision, strategy, values of the company. It does not replace other methods as Lean Six Sigma, neither it is replacing your existing tools as coaching or communication training.

For many years we’re saying we have to do something with leadership development.
